Abstract

The paper developed a teachers' didactic “profile” for teachers that work with talented students of preuniversity institutions that reveals a didactic guided to “success” in classes, that is reachable and extensible to other teachers and, at the same time, it was possible to determine, “pedagogic situations” less used by trainers and teachers and that may improve the students' development.
