Abstract

This dissertation is part of the systematizing of our practice, based on the motivation and interest of educational in the process of dialectical teaching-learning and he has as purpose, to fall in love toward the relationship to discipline of practical educational liberator toward the sustainable development of the Agricultural Technical Schools, framed in the investigation line: Address, Evaluation and Supervision, under the focus critical partner, using the method of IAPT, (investigation and action  collaboration), this investigation arises of the necessity of guiding to the directive and educational team to motivate them toward some brushstrokes of the didactic fact in times of war, blockade, resistance, unemployments, union actions, pandemic Covid-19. In Venezuela, during the last years, a clear and coherent politics of the faculty's formation didn't exist in exercise of the supervision. Until our days, the educational supervision begins a transition stage that has conquered big achievements in all its levels and subsystems, in which it has been advanced to winners' steps with the necessity of to be an emancipated supervisor and to take at the same level to the educational communities and directive that are in its team of work collaborative that allows the transformation liberator like inclusive factor of the nascent educational quality of the dream of our Simons.
