Abstract

The concern for the development of the talented fellows is present in the ideals of the philosophers from the antiquity and in our days a great international movement exists around it, due to three main factors: the demands of the modern society, the growing advance of the science and the technology, as well as the interest for the development of the human potential. In the opinion of our specialists, the talented fellows are the most valuable resource in the society, because they are the future artists, authors, political, scientific, for what is necessary to take care well of them, since the forgetfulness of this educational field causes, at least, the loss of an enormous potential. In connection with this topic an ambiguous and controversial social position is presented. On one hand it exists conscience that the society needs of more and more capable men for the scientific development, but at the same time, resistance is made to the idea of educating those who can make these contributions. These ambivalent positions, of acceptance and rejection are present in the feelings and the practices of people. For it is necessary to analyze and to deepen about the thematic one and to establish the scientific approaches for their identification and stimulation with the purpose of being able to sensitize to the society from the childhood, in the same way that the less intelligent ones, and the disabled.
