Abstract

The abilities of leadership have to be analyzed like part of a system in the one that studious of the address processes they identify the directive three dimensions among those that the knowledge, qualities and capacities are, between the features or qualities they are identified: the ambition and energy, the honesty and integrity, trust in themselves, intelligence and appropriate knowledge for their positions. As elements common of the leader it is the influence by means of which an individual or a group of people can act on the behavior of other individuals with the objective of reaching certain goals, that which is essential for the success of an organization, is the art or process of influencing in people, so that they contribute in a voluntary way and with enthusiasm to the execution of the proposed objectives, it is the process of to direct and to influence in the activities with relationship to the functions of the members of the group.
