The communication in times of crisis in the tourist services of the contemporary cuban capital

The communication during crisis is a strategic component for the administration of tourist services: it influences in the security, perception of the destination and the economic recovery. This article synthesizes theoretical models (p. example: (Situational Crisis Communication Theory), it evidences empiric and good practical applicable to sanitary emergencies, natural disasters and crisis reputational in tourism. They stand out the importance of the previous planning, the coordination multiact or, the complementary use of traditional and digital means and the necessity of clear messages, emphatics and based on evidence. You conclude with operative recommendations for companies and authorities and lines of future investigation. In Cuba, the tourism constitutes an activity prioritized inside the development strategy designed by the Cuban State, to achieve its reinsertion in the international economic market, to the being its main economic line. In the limits that govern the economic and social politics of the country, the main guidelines settle down for the tourism, among those that he/she stands out the limit 257 that it outlines: to increase the competitiveness of Cuba in the markets, mainly, of the elevation of the quality of the services and the achievement of an appropriate coherence in the relationship quality/ price. to continue the training of the human resource in Islazul is as end.
