THE SCHOOL ACTIVITIES OF ELEMENTARY EDUCATION STUDENTS STRATEGIES OF FAMILY INTEGRATION

Abstract

The referred experience is the result of the planning and development of pedagogical strategies that allowed to increase the participation of fathers, mothers and representatives in the educational process of Elementary Education students from the Educational Unit Mariano Picón Salas, in the Propatria Urbanization, Caracas - Venezuela during the first semester of the 2019-2020 school year, the experience arises from the need expressed in an educational reality that showed a little participation and integration of the family in educational processes. To collect information about regarding the integration of the family into school activities, a semi-structured interview script was designed that was applied to teachers, students and parents. Among the main results obtained from the interview, it was determined that: teachers, students and fathers, mothers and representatives coincide in recognizing that there were weaknesses in aspects such as communication between teachers and fathers, mothers and representatives.
