As part of the studies of the project "Attention to talent in the new curricula of Cuban education", of the Central Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of Cuba (ICCP) and in exchange with one of the main experts in giftedness and talent in the world, we offer his tripartite model.
The study of models and theories of the different investigations carried out shows that the efforts have been fundamentally oriented to define the question of talent, in the contexts, policies and development of the sciences. Models and theories aim to describe, establish and examine the phenomena that make up practice. Following is the tripartite model of giftedness by renowned professor Steven I. Pfeiffer, a leading expert in the field of talent.
