Training for the training of Oncology residents

This article reflects on the training of oncology residents at the Provincial Oncological Hospital of Camagüey, Cuba. It examines how to manage care for the management of cervical-uterine cancer in patients with physical-motor disabilities contributes to the comprehensive performance of residents. Structured training is implemented in specific stages and actions to achieve this objective. The research is based on historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, measurement and modeling methods, and is complemented by surveys, interviews, documentary analysis and bibliographic review. The training allowed greater preparation in the professional training of Oncology residents in the management of cervical cancer in patients with physical-motor disabilities, in the way residents act, mastery of the subject and in raising awareness.
