Proposal of training to contests winner student´s trainers about themes relative to education and neuroeducation

Education as a social phenomenon and process, with the professional performance of its educators, has a high responsibility to attend to the diversity of enrollment of population who attends within the process they develop has. This population of learners has characteristics related to the possibilities and potential to learn, mediated by their biopsychosocial conditions and the action of their educators, who, as a synergy, carry out on those who learn, in the beautiful combination with the other educational agents, namely, the family, the community and whole society. A particularity that constitutes an important challenge is the attention to the students who show positive results in the different competitions that are held in our country, especially those at the national level, attended by coaches of this level with unquestionable results, which under the conditions current activities of Cuban Education, with III Improvement of its National System, maintains and enhances the need to attend to said mental capital of the country, which demands from its trainers a greater scientific-methodological preparation, so that greater rigor is achieved in care for said learners.
