The sustainability of international cooperation projects after the cessation of external funding represents one of the greatest challenges for higher education in the Global South. This article analyzes the transition process of the Psychopedagogical Diagnosis and Guidance Center (CDOP) at the Óscar Ribas University, originally funded by the Erasmus+ program, toward a self-management model called "AngoSAP Vaccine" (Adaptive Sustainability Strategy). Under a deductive approach and a case study methodology, the "Institutional Resilience Triangle" is proposed, a framework that integrates the Economy for the Common Good, Educational Mutualism, and Symbolic Capital. The results demonstrate that, through an architecture of 19 diversified services and a mixed pricing strategy (B2B/B2C), it is possible to cover a break-even point of 6,930,000 Kz per month, generating an operating surplus of 19.4%. It is concluded that revenue hybridization and the monetization of institutional prestige shield the social function of the project, guaranteeing free access to mental health care in vulnerable communities without relying on external subsidies.
