THE HISTORICAL CULTURE IN THE PREPARATION OF THE TEACHER

Abstract

Education has had among its fundamental challenges the formation of a teacher who is the bearer of an integral general culture, of human, ethical and identity values in correspondence with the social project that we defend, and appropriate to our social historical context; a teacher whose mode of action constitutes a model for the new generations; that is a carrier, of a historical culture that allows you to understand the Cuban reality and its insertion in the complex contemporary world, for which your training is still a task to be taken into account in a systematic way, in the process of preparing those who have the responsibility to train those who in the future should assume the defense of the homeland.
