Abstract

The Preparatory Faculty of the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, train non-Spanish-speaking students in the idiomatic, scientific-technical and ethical-humanistic level for their incorporation to medical careers. In order to contribute to the development of the students' communication skills in a second language, the Science and Humanities teachers, after their preparation, were integrated into the teaching-learning process of Spanish as a Foreign Language. In this work some of the experiences in the integration of the teaching-learning process as a Foreign Language of science and humanities teachers are presented.
