Abstract

The students with high potentialities and talents are a part of that great diversity of students that you/they attend the Cuban educational centers and they require of a support and differentiated attention, specially dedicated to guarantee the full development of their potentialities. It is constituted science that the intelligence has a social and environmental genetic and other component; there are multiple intelligence among: logic-mathematical, space, corporal, linguistics, musical, interpersonal, naturalistic, emotional, that you/they propitiate the development of talented and successful people when being prosecuted appropriately. The motivation plays a decisive paper in the success. The success can be in the field of the exact, natural, economic, social sciences; in the engineerings; in the literature, the dance, the painting, the performance, the music, the sport, etc. the educational one that assists the education to the talent should be very prepared for guided it for elements like foundations, characteristic of students with talent and their context, curricular notions, evaluation system, strategies instruccionales, identification process, professional list and work colaborativo.
