Abstract

The work aims to systematize the reasons that support and justify the processes of Improvement of the SNE as a scientific response of the Cuban educational system to the social problems faced by the people of Cuba. It is part of the historical theoretical studies carried out at the Central Institute of Pedagogical Sciences on the background of the current process of Improvement, and in particular of the author's doctoral training studies.
