Abstract

The Angolan educational system faces increasing challenges in addressing mental health and academic performance, particularly in bilingual environments. This paper documents the pilot study of the AngoSAP-UÓR project, an initiative co-funded by the European Union (Erasmus+) that implements a hybrid management model to ensure the sustainability of psychopedagogical services. Through a 360o intervention methodology structured in five phases, an organizational diagnosis was conducted in an International Bilingual School in Luanda. The results, represented through an operational prioritization matrix, identify critical nodes of cognitive fatigue in early literacy levels. The study concludes that leveraging international symbolic capital and offering B2B services enables the funding of the project's social impact, contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and educational quality in Angola.
