Pedagogical innovation. A challenge in the training of the preschool educator

The training of the Early Childhood professional in close connection with the use of technology is the fundamental topic of this work. The analysis carried out on the discipline Theoretical and Didactic Foundations of Preschool Education and its implementation in plan E, with the application of research instruments; demonstrates the need to introduce from its contents, not only the results of improvement in Early Childhood, but also new methods that contribute to active learning and place the student at the center of their own process, linked to technology, an aspect that is found limited in one of its dimensions: Relationship with the Environment. The limitations detected motivate us to propose a Website that responds to the demands of the E study plan and the curriculum in improvement, it makes possible the treatment in the subjects that integrate the discipline to the contents of the dimension with greater integration, illustrates the how, when and with what tools to treat its foundations in different scenarios, the class and its independent work, work-research practice, and the use of info technology. It was made available to external evaluators who agreed on its importance and relevance.
