Abstract

The demands made by today's society for the training of mid-level professionals and for production and services, requires the professional performance of the internship tutors, who can respond to the requirements raised in the professional model of the different technical careers. The professional performance of the tutors of practices, is the focus of this article in which is exposed the literature search conducted on the subject, which allowed to assume theoretical positions about essential terms such as performance, professional performance, pedagogical professional performance and professional pedagogical performance of the tutor of pre-professional practices. Three spheres of this performance are described: the formative-evaluative sphere, the pedagogical-technical-professional and the overcoming, in accordance with the current requirements of production and services.
