Abstract

The III Improvement of the National Education System from its very conception constitutes an educational revolution of great transformations, where attention to the development of talent is necessary from the first grades in educational institutions at the Primary level. This article is aimed at assessing the role of teachers and specialist who are part of the pedagogical faculty institutions at this educational level, as well as the family and the community in the attention to students with talented potential; in order to contribute to the achievement of the development and integral formation of their personality with a cultural base in correspondence with the patriotic, civic and humanist ideas of the Cuban socialist society in its prosperous and sustainable development, expressed in the ways of feeling, think and act, according to their particularities and individual interests, in correlation with social needs, which allows them to assume a scientific conception of the world and to prepare for life.
