A look at the human improvement of managers from the legacy of Fidel and Martí

Abstract

The improvement of management work stands as a global social problem. Cuba is not exempt from such a situation.In the current times that the nation is experiencing, the performance of the managers is commendable, so that they are recognized as leaders, capable of channeling the efforts of all the members of the organization, in order to carry out the construction of the socialist social project. In which the performance of the human being is the central axis.For these purposes, the author assumes the pedagogical theory of Advanced Education, whose initial object was the Process of professional and human improvement, which became the improvement of human behaviors.
