Abstract

The central objective of this contribution is to reflect on the experiences accumulated from the Ministry of Education, in the field of institutional communication during the confrontation to COVID-19. The main actions carried out are shown and the role that some teachers have played in the use of instant messaging applications is highlighted.

Metodóloga de la Dirección de Comunicación Institucional del Órgano Central, gestiona y garantiza la generación de contenidos para el sitio institucional y las redes sociales del Ministerio de Educación, asesora la capacitación en temas de comunicación.

Lic. Ronney Cayón Beceiro, Instituto Preuniversitario “8 de octubre”, municipio Esmeralda, provincia Camagüey. Cuba.

Graduado de nivel medio superior. Cursa actualmente el 2do año de la Licenciatura en Educación. Profesor de Biología, con dos años de experiencia. Labora en el Instituto Preuniversitario “8 de octubre” del municipio Esmeralda, Camagüey.
