Abstract

The present research is conducted at Genaro López Soto Adults Education School Center (AEC) in the municipality of Placetas and at the same time,it is implemented for provincial methodologist teachers in their training. The present research is aimed to contribute to the educational training of teachers on the “Task Life”. The present program is suggested is suggested in order to tackle the existent deficiencies.It comprises with three main topics: the first correspondsto the prioritized actions and the 11 tasks stated by the Cuban State Program. For thedevelopment of this program, some useful and remarkable materials were digitalized, with the purpose of making them playing a more active and prominent role in their self-training. This way, the present program may contribute to the development of the pedagogic professionalismin teachers at Genaro López Soto educational center, as well as in methodologist teachers. The program continues on implementation, nevertheless, some significant advances has beenmade on the pedagogic professionalism of teachers with respect to the dimensions provided, sothat it is considered an advance in the achievement of the main objectives.
