Abstract

Training teachers has constituted a worry to national and international levels, due to a challenge that society to set an Education. The inclusive education implies changes on the teacher´s attitude towards diversity and teaching ways. Prepare a teacher, in this way; require not only update about content, method and procedure but also of the awareness raising towards different, characteristic each individual that enrich a teaching- learning process and the context. This article, is a research result about some aspect necessary for training teachers with the intention to achieve inclusive practice, from to accept and assess diversity on and the search of procedure that encourage the participation and maximum learning of all student. This work aimed reflection about a content necessary for training teachers for inclusive practice in children´s education.
