Abstract

The AngoSAP project (Erasmus+) represents a paradigm shift in higher education in Angola. This article analyzes the social impact of creating Psychopedagogical Diagnosis and Orientation Centers (CDOP) through a triadic model that integrates the inclusion of vulnerable groups, gender equity, and climate responsibility. Based on the outcomes of an international workshop with 110 participants, this study documents the partnership network established among the Óscar Ribas University, the Nelson Mandela Higher Polytechnic Institute, the Higher Institute of Technical Sciences, and government entities such as the National Institute for Special Education and the Municipal Directorate of Social Action of Talatona. The objective is to analyze the impact of the AngoSAP model on the participating universities. The results highlight: the validation of psychological care protocols; the pioneering nature of AngoSAP by quantifying its carbon footprint (22t CO2 eq) as part of its institutional ethics; and the scalability of the model toward digital community intervention platforms in collaboration with local administrations. It is concluded that integrating mental health with gender and sustainability policies is essential for a resilient university in the current African context.
