The article explains the importance of the institutional climate in the management of teacher training. Its objective is to develop an institutional climate strategy to promote the well-being of teachers in the management of the training process at the Manuel Ascunce Domenech Pedagogical School. It uses theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods, as well as descriptive statistics. Systematizes theoretical conceptions about teacher training and the influence of the institutional climate. Diagnoses the insufficiencies that affected the well-being of teachers in their training management, with respect to the institutional climate. Presents and applies a strategy that demonstrates effectiveness. It concludes that the institutional climate influences the management of the teacher training process through the satisfaction and well-being of teachers, and also improves their perceptions of the work environment. It is shown that the application of the institutional climate strategy contributes positively to the management of teacher training and the well-being of teachers at the Manuel Ascunce Domenech Pedagogical School.
