The work begins with an introduction where is explained what we are going to understand by law. The methods used predominate, the analysis and synthesis of contemporary Cuban literature on the subject, especially valuing the systems of laws that different authors propose for Pedagogy in our country, its possibilities and difficulties, as well as generalizations are made. That lead to a new proposal. In the results-discussion, one new system of laws and is proposed for current Cuban Pedagogy based on the systematizations carried out and the study of the pedagogical process in the school. The conclusions reaffirm the ideas about the need to organize and define more accurately the system of laws and delve into its justification.
