This paper aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of a methodology for stimulating the development of physical flexibility in preschool children. This methodology is intended to be included in the training and preparation of educators, given the lack of appropriate alternatives tailored to the particular characteristics of children and Cuban education. Empirical, mathematical, statistical, and theoretical methods were used. These included documentary research, surveys, interviews, observations, tests to assess children's flexibility and knowledge of different body parts, a triangulation technique for sources and data, expert judgment, pre-experiments, the Chanlat Matrix, and the Iadov Satisfaction Technique. The methodology was used in the training of educators and was put into practice by them with children aged 3 to 6 years. The results were evident in the effectiveness of their educational activities, their satisfaction with having met their expectations for the acquisition of new knowledge important for teaching, and the development achieved by the children in the sample. This result is part of and constitutes a contribution to the Third Improvement of the National Education System.
