Abstract

The present work will have as its objective to review some theoretical concepts about the pedagogical professional mode of action, some epistemological conceptions will be presented to assess their application in the context of the III Educational Improvement. Therefore, the pedagogical mode of action is a concept that brings together essentially psychological variables of the subject, since it enhances creativity in the actions of these subjects (the Know-How), in the very exercise of the profession. Also, the professional mode of action refers to the ways to be able to educate, understanding education itself as a social function. The subject-educator manifests in his actions the successful professionalization in his teaching exercise. For the development of this bibliographical study, some methods of the theoretical and empirical level have been used, such as: the historical-logical, as well as the induction-deduction; also empirical methods, namely: the bibliographical review. All this allowed to analyze the conceptual tendencies to weigh their level of inclusion in the theoretical-investigative practice.
