Elements for the preventive work of gender violence in the educational context

Abstract

This article addresses the importance of preventive work in educational institutions, of gender violence, aspects that must be considered from the dimensions of educational quality, healthy and healthy environments, to promote inclusive, equitable and quality education, as it is raised in the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda. Gender-based violence affects girls and women, due to certain conditions and factors that converge from exclusions: in addition to violence and bullying due to gender identity and orientation. The objective is to identify violence and its manifestations, characteristics, as well as actions for its prevention.
