Abstract

This literary review shows how the global pandemic "covid 19" exposed the vulnerability of educational institutions, that is, the shortcomings of the teacher in the development of their digital skills and their teacher training to act in the face of the educational needs that arise. presented in the student's education. Based on several analyzes of authors, it is intended to expose the impact that a teacher from a rural and urban area has, given the needs that arose in the pandemic with respect to education, in the teaching-learning process of students, likewise, assess the importance of teacher training in the development of digital skills and tics in their experience.
