Some considerations of the institutional and group educational project in the stage from 2014 to 2020

The Third Educational Improvement responds to the complexity and nature of the problems present in Cuban education, in line with the guidelines of the VI Congress of the PCC, the objectives of the First National Conference of the PCC, the demands of the new economic and social model of the country, the 2030 Education Goals and the priorities for scientific research in Social and Humanistic Sciences. To respond to the above, new forms of work are experienced, such is the case of the institutional and group project; which is a process of collective reflection of teachers, students, family and community where the actions, goals and objectives of the institution are modeled, taking as a premise the use of diagnosis and collective actions, to comply with the aims and objectives of the education. Its implementation has allowed transformations to take place in the functioning of educational institutions and modalities. In correspondence with the above, the objective of this article is to reveal the different changes and general transformations produced from the theoretical and methodological point of view during the 6 years of experimentation with the implementation of the institutional and group project, taking as a premise the participation of students, teachers, families and community.
