EDUCATIONAL INFLUENCES IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION OF THE 21ST CENTURY: THE MAIN TEACHER OF THE YEAR

Abstract

At the present time contemporary constitutes a social demand to the university having numerous roads and highly committed people with the man's formation that the society needs. In this educational work he/she stands out a relatively young figure in the university formation that is that of the Main Professor of Year, responsible for the address of the system of influences in the formation of the students during a year of the career. This proposal of conceptualization of this professional's acting is based on the experience of the authors by an average of seven courses like responsible for year in the careers Pedagogy - Psychology and industrial Design and visual communication, on the base of the validations carried out in each course, and the results of the inquiries and observations made along the process, keeping in mind the demands from the society to the Cuban university at the present time.
