TEAMWORK AS AN OPTIMIZING ELEMENT OF THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS

Currently, student learning codes are ICT codes, which represents a challenge for teachers, who must propose ICT methods for teamwork in the teaching-learning process. In this article the main models of teamwork and collective work that support the use of ICT for teamwork are addressed, a comparative analysis of them is made, based on the theoretical systematization of references from various authors. Subsequently, an analysis is carried out as a teaching-learning method, which guarantees significant experiences, from creativity, for which indicators are proposed that are a guide for the teacher. Some dynamics of team and collective work are also exemplified, and their benefits are studied.
