Abstract

The contemporary life, as well as the changes that take place to international scale in the society, make that the complex and globalizado today world impose challenges to the education for the human diversity. One of those challenges is in fact in the preservation of the identity and their defense from different environments, like they are those of social and educational character. One of these environments is without place to doubts the university, where the attention to the diversity has challenges and challenges that will allow to give execution to the calendar 2030, considering that the relationship unit-diversity has a high expression grade in the daily environment, and in the coalition of the individual and collective interests, that that evidently has a strong sustenance in a dialectical conception of the social and human development. We all can learn and to develop us, stiller when favorable conditions are believed for the learning. Nevertheless, each person is better for some activities, in those that she learns better and more quicker, and not so good for others. To be different we learn of way different with different rhythm and quality, this will lead us to a more inclusive education.
