Abstract

The present work was materialized starting from an analysis of the theoretical sources that have contributed to the emergence of the science of the communication, what allowed understanding the existence of numerous definitions of the term. It is recognized that the professors of the career licentiate in Primary Education should insist in the paper of the language in the transmission and assimilation of the knowledge in the curricular and extracurricular activities. It is evidenced that the development of talkative abilities is a social problem of the science, and it is responsibility of the university to look for an effective solution to achieve the preparation of the professional futures of the education in a deep and novel way. It is shown that the interest for the development of talkative abilities inside the university education comes bound to the express development of the science, the technique and the professional, impelled life notably for the computer science technologies and the communications (TIC).
