Abstract

The organization of educational care for students with talented potential in Basic Secondary School is conceived from the curricular conception and the educational network, consequently with one of the existing problems in the province of Villa Clara and the opportunities offered by the pedagogical foundations of the III Improvement of the National Education System, for the design of the most effective educational process. The objective is to establish a methodological procedure that makes possible the organization of educational care for students with talented potential. The research process was based on the general method of scientific research in the rise of the abstract-concrete-thought based on the dialectical-materialist method, with a mixed approach. To achieve it, a system of theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical research methods was used that allowed theory and practice to be linked, and also provided significant assessments. The assumed theoretical and methodological references consider the nature of a continuous process, oriented towards professional and human development through which pedagogical practice is perfected. The implementation of the methodological procedure demonstrated a better professional performance of the provincial methodologists for the organization of educational care for students, seen in the transformation in the cognitive, affective-volitional and organizational dimensions.
