Quality management in educational institutions is essential to ensure high-quality and equitable education in the Dominican Republic, which seeks to establish a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of mechanisms to achieve its goals. In this context, a methodological approach was developed for the management of educational quality in priority primary schools in the Dominican Republic. Hence, the objective of this article is to assess the results of the methodological approach for improving the management of educational quality at the Salomé Ureña primary school in District 16-01 of the Dominican Republic. For the implementation of the methodological approach, the dialectical-materialist method was applied: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical-logical, document analysis, interviews, surveys, and observation. The results revealed the need for those involved in educational quality management to understand the integrative vision of the methodological approach, as well as an area for improvement that strengthens the relationships of coordination and subordination among the actors participating in educational quality management.
