Abstract

The objective of this research is to know about the studies carried out in relation to the formation of the value of respect in early childhood children, their treatment, activities carried out and especially the results obtained from national and international authors and their educational interventions executed and thus obtain a hermeneutic analysis on the subject. The methodology used infers a quantitative literature review, handling inclusion and exclusion criteria that helped classify the primary information according to the topic raised. The databases consulted were Ebsco, Google Scholar, Scopus, Dialnet and specialized websites, reaching excellent primary information that highlights the need to work on the formation of the value of respect in early childhood children. The conclusions described are related to the inherent application of play as a didactic and methodological strategy which, combined with the skill and creativity of the kindergarten teacher, promotes the formation of the value of respect in children as a social need. The recommendations refer to the preferential treatment that should have the value of respect in the non-cognitive training of children in early childhood both in the family and at school as structures of social responsibility and also the training required by teachers in terms of the integral formation of children at this preschool level.
