Abstract

The objective of this study is to offer a pedagogical conception for the improvement of Technical and Professional Education, based on the influence of the curricular design on Martí's ideas, in the conditions of school-work entity integration, based on scientific criteria. that allow the directors of the Polytechnic Institutes to make decisions that benefit the quality of training. The use of theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods made it possible to verify the scientific problem. The research was based on the theory of advanced education (Añorga, 1999) and the theory of Professional Pedagogy (Abreu, 2004) and enriched by its followers to the present, which yielded proven positive results from the new methods of work and curricular redesign in Technical and Professional Education.
