Preparation for employment. A necessity in the training of the Early Childhood professional

Abstract

 The preparation for employment, as a stage of the continuous training of the professional, is conceived from the undergraduate course with solidity in the aspects that are at the base of all their performance, which ensures the mastery of the modes of action with the required breadth. This stage is carried out fundamentally in labor entities in coordination with higher education institutions. This article shows actions for the stage of preparation for employment of the Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education that were designed from the career group, have as objective to contribute to the preparation for employment in the graduates of this career and covers all the members of the collective. The actions are integrated into the methodological work of the career group, due to the possibilities it offers for its application, if it is taken into account that these will be carried out in different contexts and spheres of action, therefore the establishment of personal and collective commitments is required to its realization offers opportunities for the fulfillment of the objective and the way each action is conceived allows the user to adjust it to their needs and interests.
