Abstract

The research presents as a theme ICTs in the pedagogical performance of the teaching staff of the Tosagua Educational Unit, Tosagua canton, province of Manabí, Ecuador, from the initial diagnosis of the situation it was possible to identify that teachers have little use of these technological resources, Despite the fact that the institution has the necessary equipment, the use of ICT has not been promoted at the administrative and managerial level to support the work of the teacher, consequently, it is necessary to develop a process of gradual integration of ICT resources. in teaching planning for the improvement of pedagogical practice. Its general objective is aimed at designing a proposal to promote the use of ICT tools to support the pedagogical performance of the teaching staff of the Tosagua Educational Unit, Tosagua canton, Manabí province, Ecuador. Through the design of the specific objectives, it is sought to analyze the pedagogical foundations of the use of ICT, analyze the pedagogical performance of the teachers of the Tosagua Educational Unit and evaluate the pedagogical performance of the teaching staff through the use of ICT in the Tosagua Educational Unit.
