Abstract

The use of technological tools today, have been necessary for the teaching-learning process, its application accelerated due to the appearance of COVID 19, the effects and various events that the world and our country are currently going through, is the objective study by analyzing the influence of virtual technological tools, in the teaching-learning process during the health emergency, identifying the various situations that teachers and students went through to access virtual education, the prioritized, emerging curriculum was implemented, providing students with teachers training courses with innovative methodologies that facilitate the teaching-learning process, virtual education highlights the educational system. Digital competence in teachers, according to the Organization of the United Nations for Education, Science and Culture (2008), should be the purpose of training since students must acquire digital competences. Teachers' information should be oriented towards a model that integrates ICTs, whose model is the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This model supports understanding and specifying the types of knowledge that a teacher requires and the skills necessary for the effective integration of technology with students.
