Elective course proposal for stomatology students

Abstract

Dental professionals are exposed to numerous occupational risks, and there are bodily injuries that may be suffered as a result of the performance of their work. Among the occupational diseases of the stomatologist, many of them are musculoskeletal injuries related to habitual body postures as a consequence of the performance of their profession. We propose a program as an elective course for stomatology students, with the title: "Prevention and rehabilitation of some professional diseases of the stomatologist", with the aim of instructing students about the risks to which they are prone, so that from the beginning they adopt good habits.
