The process of mediation in the humanistic and integral formation of the student of the Law career

Mediation, an alternative process to the judicial route to resolve conflicts, is of great importance as it represents a pacific way of resolving controversies, based on communication and the preservation of interpersonal relationships. It is recognized as a human process, by providing the individual with the necessary tools to improve their family, school, work, and social ties. For this reason, its treatment and inclusion within the teaching of Law in university classrooms is essential, in order to contribute to the humanistic and integral formation of the student. This article comes from the research carried out by the author for her doctoral thesis.
