Abstract

The investigation is developed like a need to solve the insufficiencies that the students of Youth and Adult education students ( NEDJA ) have in their labor formation, the fact that they limit their performance once they are  graduated and take part  in the labor context. In order to solve this problem, a strategy  held in a model of labor formation is proposed, based on educational projects for students of the NEDJA, that express a system of essential relations for the treatment to the development of the mentioned process, taking into account the integrative character of the professional knowledges in the different formative contexts, that have an effect on the adequate formation and preparation, in order  to turn modes of acting into the labor and social context where they will develop .  These results are hold in the theoretic foundations of the general conception of labor formation, established at the Center for the Labor Formation (CENFOLAB), as well as the principles  and regularities of the general Pedagogy, the Andragogía and the categorical system of the General Didactics.
