Abstract

In this article, an analysis of the psychopedagogical diagnosis and the educational attention to students with special educational needs from the historical-cultural approach are carried out, as a support for the psychopedagogical diagnosis and essential reference to develop an optimistic conception of the educational process, which is expressed in the formulations related to: teaching guides and drives development, the relationship between biological and social, the fundamental genetic law of development, social determinism, the mediated structure of higher psychic functions, the zone of proximal development and experiences.
