Abstract

The article offered aims to disseminate the experiences in the training of educational agents for the strengthening of the work of the Internal Network of Early Childhood and its articulation with the Educational Network of the Popular Council. The scientific result consists of a Training Strategy designed based on the exploration carried out with the purpose of identifying the potentialities and weaknesses in the integral attention to Early Childhood and networking. It is made up of five interrelated moments, which project the training in two directions: the general foundations of the improvement in Early Childhood Education and the contents of the dimensions of the curriculum in improvement, encompasses various organizational forms established for training, which are dialectically combined; It is distinguished by its differentiated character, and application in an internal network conception of Early Childhood. The results obtained with its implementation show the qualitative transformations that occurred in the training of educational agents for the strengthening of the work of the Internal Network of Early Childhood and its articulation with the Educational Network of the Popular Council for comprehensive care for Early Childhood, which corroborates its relevance
