Abstract

In the context of the Latin American School of Medicine the Spanish subject is imparted for the students Premédico and it is the one in charge of carrying out the mission of forming a professional able to communicate appropriately in Spanish and to open him I pass this way to the knowledge that you/they contribute him the different subjects when using the language in the setting in practice of the activities of the exercise of its profession. It is strategic the task of measuring the development of the abilities for the understanding and construction of oral texts and written in Spanish's study since it is the language that you/they learn in our country and in the one that you/they study their career for what a didactic desarrolladora is assumed based on the focus cognitivo and cultural partner of essence vigotskyana. This focus keeps in mind the three dimensions in those that it should rotate the learning of the students so that these they can become efficient comunicadores when appropriating of the knowledge and the learning strategies that will be good them to obtain other significant learnings starting from its insert in a certain sociocultural context. The appropriation of the knowledge in the subject is worked starting from the intertextualidad and the interdisciplinariedad with texts in those that are evidenced explicitly different thematic related with different topics tune to its career and the social environment in that you/they are developed. The present work has as objective: To propose a system of exercises starting from the intertextualidad like basic principle of the focus cognitivo, talkative in the Spanish subject for students of the ELAM.
