RESPECT FOR THE DIVERSITY OF CONTEXTS AND GOOD LIVING IN A TEACHING UNIT

This paper aims to reflect critically on the educational practice lived in a teaching unit of Higher Education, as coordinator recording through the method of systematization experiences, participant observation, photos and filming, individual and group unstructured interviews, analysis of content, triangulation in its different variants and the registration of systematization made up of diverse, individual and collective actors, and these are involved in the educational act based on interests and values. It reveals the initial moments of said process; a synthesis of what happened, to unveil the achievements, difficulties, barriers and lessons learned, which becomes a technological transfer of educational practice in the introduction of a novel way of organizing and conducting the educational process in the context of Higher education.
