Abstract

The educational transformations that are carried out require changes in the preparation of the teaching staff: they are the greatest strengths, with which is available to give answers to current problems and contradictions and promote transformations in search of educational quality. considers that all those who in one way or another are educators should always feel dissatisfied with what is known and what is done, because the mission that has been entrusted is important, decisive and significant for the future of society, and It could be said that the preparation of the teachers depends to a large extent on the useful, noble, patriotic, intelligent, active, creative and revolutionary citizen that society demands. In this sense, the objective of this work is to reflect on the preparation process as a key link from development paths directed to the art instructor of the theater specialty in primary education.
