Abstract

The improvement of the National Education System covers the Early Childhood curriculum, which is structured in dimensions. One of the dimensions of the curriculum is the education and development of motor skills that incorporates fine motor skills as a programmatic content. A finding made by the authors with the application of various empirical methods revealed that the methodological theoretical preparation of early childhood teachers is inadequate to assume the requirements of the curriculum in refinement in this content. For this reason, this work aims to propose Methodological Workshops to prepare early childhood teachers for the treatment of fine motor content in the dimension of education and development of "Motricity." The application of the workshops enabled the cooperative work of teachers and their preparation for the direction of the educational process.
